Shipping policy

Shipping is booked shortly after an order is received. Shipping may be booked with an alternate courier if the standard courier is unavailable for any reason, however shipping service levels in terms of insurance, tracking and speed will always be maintained.

Delivery Duties (Import Taxes)

Please note that all products from our store are manufactured and shipped from the United Kingdom. As a result, shipping to overseas territories may incur customs duty charges that vary from country to country. Delivery Duties are not collected by this store and as a result, the purchaser is always responsible for these fees. All shipments from the store are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

In the event of unpaid duties on packages, the courier may return the package to Cs2000’s Z-Tech. Unfortunately, if delivery duties are unpaid and the product is returned to Cs2000’s Z-Tech redelivery of the item to the purchaser will not booked. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. If a shipment is returned due to non-payment of import duties, we will refund the item price minus all associated shipping, customs, and handling costs, and a restocking fee of up to 50% to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
