Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Cs2000's Z-Tech.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Cs2000's Z-Tech 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Cs2000's Z-Tech will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

After thorough testing to verify the fault, Cs2000's Z-Tech will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the item with a brand new one on a like-for-like basis.

What if no problems are found?

The customer will be wholly responsible for courier costs incurred for Cs2000's Z-Tech to return the product to the customer. These will be invoiced to the customer and the product cannot be returned until this invoice is paid. Customer is not responsible for any time or materials used to verify the product is functional and working as intended (workshop time).

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Cs200's Z-Tech is 365 days from the date of purchase. Claiming a replacement Physical Good or part assumes there is remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Return postage of the item to Cs2000's Z-Tech.
  • Damage caused to the product by improper/incorrect installation or use.
